A leading project management company is seeking a full-time trainer to deliver English and Maths Functional Skills to Royal Navy personnel. The role requires previous experience in an educational setting and appropriate qualifications. It's a term-time role with good benefits and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Salary is pro-rata, accommodating 45 working weeks a year.

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. Project Selborne is an innovative programme that aims to modernise Royal Navy training and deliver better trained sailors to the front line faster.
You will become a subject matter expert in Functional skills English and Maths, and support learners on Apprenticeship Programmes for the Royal Navy.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
