Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Functional Skills lessons (English, Maths, or both).
• Assess learner needs and create personalised learning plans.
• Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners to achieve qualification goals.
• Prepare learners for assessments and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and support teams to ensure learner success.

You will be a proactive, learner-focused tutor with a passion for helping people achieve their potential. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A teaching qualification (PTLLS/Level 3 Award, AET, CertEd, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering Functional Skills English and/or Maths.
