A leading Educational Training Provider is looking for an Assistant Manager (Functional Skills) in Hemel Hempstead. You will manage the curriculum, support the Education Manager, and enhance contract performance. The ideal candidate has a Level 5 teaching qualification, leadership skills, and experience in curriculum development. Benefits include 30 days holiday and various insurance options.
We have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Manager (Functional Skills), to work for one of the country's leading Educational Training Providers as part of HMPS. You will support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum of Functional Skills, ensuring the needs of learners are met, and as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, delivering quality provision and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: From £35,000 per annum (negotiable)
