Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

PIP Functional Assessor : £37,500 – £39,500

WCA Functional Assessor : £40,000 – £42,000

Additional Earnings :

£2,150 Approval Bonus paid after approval upon completing training

Up to 10% Annual Performance Bonus on top

What you’ll do
  • Conduct detailed disability assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face appointments
  • Use your clinical judgment to assess physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
  • Review evidence, take thorough medical histories, and identify key functional impacts
  • Produce clear, objective, and evidence-based medical reports
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Work with modern systems designed for accuracy and efficiency
Training & support

6–12 weeks full-time, fully supported training (pathway / experience dependent)

£2,150 Approval Bonus paid after approval upon completion of training

No annual leave in the first 6 weeks during training.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications
  • Active UK registration: ADULT Registered General Nurse / Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist
  • 12+ months post‑registration in an adult clinical setting
  • 1+ year current UK clinical experience
  • Clean, active registration (NMC / HCPC / GPhC)
  • Strong IT skills and excellent, objective report writing ability
