Position
  • Salary: £40,000.00
  • Type: Permanent (Hybrid role)
  • Full time: 40 hours (Mon - Fri from 8:30am - 5pm)
  • Location: Great Yarmouth. You must be located within a 90‑minute radius of the site to be considered for this role
Responsibilities
  • Interview claimants to understand the challenges they face and carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video or face‑to‑face appointments.
  • Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports.
  • Interpret clinical information and evidence.
  • Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct.
  • Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional.
  • An ability to demonstrate a broad clinical knowledge.
  • Previous experience in using computer software including Microsoft Office.
Essentials Qualifications
  • Nurses:
    • Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only)
    • Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)
  • Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists:
    • Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist
    • Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
    • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT's (COT)
  • Paramedics:
    • BSc or Qualified Paramedic
    • Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
