A healthcare services provider in the UK is seeking registered healthcare professionals for the role of Functional Assessor. The position offers a flexible work-from-home schedule and involves conducting assessments to evaluate individuals' ability to work. Candidates must have at least 12 months of post-registration experience in relevant fields and possess strong critical thinking and IT skills. The role includes comprehensive training and various benefits such as a bonus scheme and private medical insurance.
(Work from home 1 or 2 days/week) We are delighted to announce a limited number of exciting opportunities for registered healthcare professionals to join our team as a remote Functional Assessor at Ingeus, part of the global human services provider APM Group.
Is this the role for me? We provide a thorough training programme to support your journey to become an approved Functional Assessor, so this role is ideal for those who are open to a formalised program of retraining and who are receptive to ongoing constructive feedback, ensuring our claimants continually get the very best experience.
However, while many clinicians find the role of a Functional Assessor rewarding, it's not the right fit for everyone. Producing high‑quality written reports plays a critical part of the role of a Functional Assessor. Whilst we can support your development, you'll join a welcoming and skilled team and be supported through specialist training delivered by our Learning Academy, which includes one‑to‑one coaching, mentoring and workshops to guide you towards achieving full DWP accreditation.
