What you will do:

• Manage cases centrally, offering targeted occupational health advice to managers and HR teams.
• Provide expert Occupational Health advice to managers and HR colleagues.
• Collaborate with third-party providers as needed to enhance service delivery.
• Direct employees to appropriate support services based on individual needs.
• Conduct pre-placement assessments advising managers and onboarding teams accordingly.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and case conferences when required.
• Deliver services in line with service delivery metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, and health data standards.
• Support health and wellbeing initiatives and drive behavioural change within the organization.
• Assist network OH Technicians in handling health surveillance escalations and referrals.
