Heat Geek is hiring a Fullstack Software Developer to join our London-area team. You’ll own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend, and work on scalable production systems that genuinely help users and reduce carbon impact.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Tech teams, ship code regularly, and balance technical quality with pragmatic delivery. This role is based in our Waterloo office as part of a 3-day hybrid model and values sustainable, hands-on engineers.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior candidate with hands-on coding ability.
• Experience shipping production software across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features and systems from discovery to production.
• Build and improve production-ready frontend and backend systems.
• Code hands-on and collaborate with Product/Tech teams to solve real user problems.
• Continuously learn new concepts and technologies to raise quality across the team.
• Help ensure the platform scales and supports Heat Geek’s mission.
