Responsibilities
  • Teaching a Year 4 class, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Planning and implementing differentiated lessons that cater to the varying needs of all students, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Providing targeted support to students to ensure academic progress, including working with those who may need additional support or challenges.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional well-being.
  • Monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents, and setting individual learning targets.
  • Collaborating with the Year 4 team and the wider school staff to share best practices and support the development of the school.
  • Developing strong relationships with parents and carers, communicating regularly to keep them informed about their child\'s progress and achievements.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and experience delivering effective, differentiated lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Passionate about providing the best possible education for children and committed to supporting their social and academic development.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
