Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its team in South Hykeham on a full-time, temporary basis. The role covers unloading deliveries, checking paperwork, storing stock, and updating the warehouse system, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will also pick and pack orders, wrap pallets for dispatch, and need reliable transport to reach the site. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required, and the shift runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Move products into the warehouse and store safely.
• Load and wrap pallets.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries against paperwork.
• Book stock into the warehouse system accurately.
