Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Full Time Teaching Assistant's and Nursery Assistant's to join our welcoming and supportive early years setting in Cambridge. Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Provide high-quality care and individual support to children across all areas of development
  • Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A warm, positive, and patient approach
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can assist)
