An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The Barn Spa, China Fleet Country Club, covering maternity leave from February 2026.

Nestled in 180 acres of stunning Cornish countryside and just 15 minutes from Plymouth city centre, our Country Club offers exceptional facilities including accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, beauty & wellbeing, weddings, conferences, and events.

About You

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience preferred
• Additional qualifications in Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage are desirable

Your Role

• Deliver a wide range of treatments to members and guests with professionalism and care
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in treatment rooms
• Manage stock responsibly and minimise wastage
• Provide occasional reception when required

Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
• Flexibility required to meet business needs, with occasional extra shifts for holiday or sickness cover
