Job Overview

Three Day Week, Fun and Energetic Nanny, East Chiltington, Lewes, East Sussex.

A lovely, fun, energetic Nanny is needed for a busy family with three active children aged 5, 3 and 1 years old.

Location of the job: East Chiltington, Lewes, East Sussex.

Minimum experience Level for this job: 5 years or more.

Training needed: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid.

Qualifications needed: Minimum of a NNEB, Level 3 in early Years or Norland Training.

Working Hours

Days of work: Full days – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and mornings on a Friday.

Hours of work: 07:30 – 17:30 and 08:00 – 11:00 Friday. 5 extra hours every other week overtime.

Requirements

Driving: Clean license required with own car.

Job Start Date: 5th January 2026 (flexible to start in December).

Pay: Going rate of pay depending on qualifications and experience. This is a permanent sole charge position. Nursery duties only.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing and supporting care with plenty of educational activities to help children grow and develop.
• Use initiative in organising children's toys, activities, making meals and school runs.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of a NNEB, Level 3 in early Years or Norland Training.
• Enhanced DBS and a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum 2 professional referees including current or last employer, both immediately contactable.
• Appropriate personal insurance is recommended.
