Overview

Start Date: 3rd November 2025. Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Term Time Only. We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in West Drayton.

Responsibilities
  • Support primary-aged pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including social, emotional, and communication difficulties.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to promote engagement and progress.
About You / Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or similar setting).
  • Patience, empathy, and commitment to supporting children’s well-being and learning.
