Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school community from October half term 2026 on a full-time basis. The role supports children aged 4 to 19 with a range of needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties and communication challenges, in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will be caring, enthusiastic and committed to helping learners thrive through personalised support and high expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Ability to work in a specialist school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated SEN support to pupils in a specialist setting.
• Contribute to a nurturing, child-centred learning environment for ages 4–19 with SEN.
