Aimé has been a destination for everyday style with a considered, French touch since it began in 1999.

Our founders, French Cambodian sisters Val and Vanda Heng‑Vong, arrived in London in their early twenties and quickly understood that their new city had an appetite for the understated but intriguing dressing that they had grown up with in Paris. In 1999, they opened their Ledbury Road store, with brands ranging from Isabel Marant to Masscob all finding a home at Aimé. A dedicated following of women now enjoy the expertise of a team dedicated to finding clothes that are luxurious, feminine, and functional.

A natural continuation of their vision was to launch Aimé’s in‑house collection in 2020 which remains exclusive to them. The slowly evolving range takes inspiration from Val and Vanda’s far‑flung travels, pieces are designed to form a perfectly balanced closet, to be beautiful, easy, and lasting.

Main Duties
  • Maximizing sales, reaching personal and store targets through confident advice and styling.
  • Providing the highest level of luxury customer service to all Aimé clients.
  • Taking the initiative to build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, through the use of personal clientele books and email/phone contact.
  • Maintaining the shop floor and store presentation to a consistently high standard.
  • Processing deliveries in a timely and organised fashion.
  • Participating in regular brand training to ensure up to date product knowledge.
Requirements
  • A natural ability to confidently make sales and build an instant rapport with clients.
  • Experience in Luxury fashion retail (essential).
  • Familiarity and passion for the brands in question.
  • Interest and knowledge in current fashion and trends.
  • Ability to work well in a small team and juggle several tasks at once.
