Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and direct staff in the room while ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
• Work with EYFS Curriculum and plan engaging activities for under-3s.
• Ensure staff observe and assess key children regularly.
• Build trusting relationships with parents and carers.
• Follow nursery Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies.
• Attend events such as parent evenings and open days.
