Job summary

Wilson's Country Limited in Craigavon is seeking Full Time Production Operatives to join the growing convenience department. You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, grade materials and pack products to specifications in a high-care environment.

The role requires you to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork, quality, and safety. 18+ with right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred though not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Must be over 18 years of age due to shift requirements
• Must have a valid right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and SOPs in the production of finished products
• Operate machinery, grade and prepare raw and cooked material, and pack to specifications
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area and follow food safety policies

We are Wilson's Country, Ireland's leading Potato brand andare dedicated to producing high-quality products. Due to business expansion we are now looking for Full Time Production Operatives to join our growing convenience departmentin Craigavon.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures and carry out all activities involved in the production of a finished product. This will includegrading and preparing raw and cooked material, operating machinery, using equipment and packing finished products to product specifications within a high-care environment
• Follow all food safety and hygiene policies and maintain a clean and hygienic work area
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Working within a team and communicating effectively with others

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred though not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
• Must be over 18 years of age due to the shift requirements
• Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
