Simply Education Ltd is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for full-time roles across Lincoln and surrounding areas, starting September 2026. These positions are term-time only with excellent work-life balance and potential for long-term or permanent placement.

You will support teachers to help pupils reach their full potential, with duties including classroom assistance, small-group or 1:1 work, and preparing materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
