Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd in Kensington is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school to join our team ASAP. The role is full-time, providing classroom support and helping pupils access the curriculum, working closely with the class teacher.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce English and Maths, support children with SEN, and help pupils develop confidence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a primary school, nursery or child-focused setting is beneficial.
• Able to build positive relationships with children and work in a classroom team.
• Committed to safeguarding and willing to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce English and Maths.
• Work alongside the class teacher to provide in-class support.
• Assist pupils with SEN and adapt activities to access the curriculum.
• Help develop pupils' confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
