VIRTUAL SALES/OMNI CHANNEL ASSOCIATE - based in store working with our customers virtually

The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries.

Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

This is an in-store based role, not remote.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
  • Drive virtual sales results from store level by utilizing the clientele app and all available tools and technology
  • Perform operational tasks with excellence
  • Assure the entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-purchase processes: preparing product for sending, packing, etc.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
  • Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results
What You’ll Need to Have
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience
  • Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of virtual sales targets and expectations
  • Comfortable with working on the phone and with WhatsApp
  • Creativity and skills to create digital content to share with customers
  • Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Able to multitask and work on different tasks easily
  • English language proficiency
