Job description

This lovely family based in Hackney, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to care for their baby and toddler. All general nanny duties are required for this role. The ideal candidate will be gentle, attentive, proactive, and highly reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing routines once the new baby arrives. Someone who is creative with activities, encourages outdoor play, and respects the children’s independence would be a perfect fit. The family has a medium-sized dog, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets. Occasional worldwide travel (up to one week) may be required. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the children’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the children
• playing with the children
• taking track of the children’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the children are always safe and happy
• maintaining a clean environment for the children
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
