Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s St George & Dragon (Vintage Inns) is seeking a chef to master our menu, work as part of a close-knit team, and deliver dishes guests are proud to share. You’ll thrive in a warm pub setting, serving up quality meals that keep customers coming back.

You will prepare, cook to standard, maintain high cleanliness and food safety, and have opportunities for progression, staff discounts, and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub/restaurant.
• Knowledge of current food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required items before service.
• Cook dishes to the menu and maintain consistency.

As a Chef at the St George & Dragon, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of. Does this sound like the chef job for you?
