Job summary

Nexus Care Services is seeking caring individuals for in-home care across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield. Earn £29,500 a year, plus £2,000 car allowance, with enhanced rates for weekends and complex care.

You’ll help people live independently at home, offering companionship, reassurance and hands-on support that truly changes lives. No prior experience required; we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and own car required.
• Caring nature and genuine desire to help others.
• Ideally one year of experience in care; training provided if not.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and practical care in clients' homes.
• Support independence and assist with daily living tasks.
• Follow care plans and report concerns to supervisors.
