County Rents is seeking a Field-Based Cleaning Operative to perform end-of-tenancy cleans and rubbish removal across the South Midlands, based in Milton Keynes. The role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, a company van and cleaning materials, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

You will work independently or in a small team, with ongoing training and support. A valid UK driving licence is required, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail to maintain high standards.

Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a Field-Based Cleaner / Rubbish Removal Operative to join our team, carrying out re-let cleans and property clearance services across the South Midlands region.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out end-of-tenancy / re-let cleans to a high standard.
• Complete rubbish and waste removals as required.
• Perform quality check inventories of properties before and after cleaning.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Represent our company with professionalism and care at all times.
