Job summary

David Lewis Centre in Cheshire is seeking a Support Worker to join our residential service, offering a salary of £26,347.40–£27,718.83 with weekend enhancements. The role includes providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs, supporting daily routines and building independence on our 200-acre Warford campus.

We provide comprehensive training, NVQs, and funding for further education, with weekend pay, bank holiday uplift, & pension participation.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Proactive, empathetic and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Supporting daily routines, life skills and fun activities.
• Promoting independence and dignity.
• Managing behaviours with empathy and confidence.
• Working closely with a brilliant, multidisciplinary team.
