Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Care Assistant, on a Full time basis. This role will be based at Seacroft Court in the seaside town of Skegness, a dually registered home for nursing and residential care serving 49 residents.

The role emphasizes patient, respectful support for residents with age-related health conditions and disabilities.

Qualifications

• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and getting ready for bed.
• Carrying out routine welfare checks during the night.
• Supporting residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encouraging safe mobility with mobility aids and equipment.
• Providing friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation.
• Engaging with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents’ well-being.
• Welcoming family members and handling enquiries.
