Job Overview

This friendly and busy family in Steeple Aston Oxfordshire are looking for an experienced, confident, discreet, and highly professional Nanny to work 4 days a week, Mondays- Thursdays, providing exceptional care and support within a busy household. The role is shared care and sole charge, so enjoyment of working as part of a team is a must. The family have four children, ages 8, 5, 3 years old and a 6-month-old . The ideal Nanny will be nurturing, kind, adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with young children, and be able to provide attentive, loving care, tailored to each child’s developmental stages. Organise age‑appropriate activities, including creative play and cultural outings. Support homework, school projects and extracurricular commitments. The right Nanny would also have strong safety awareness and be able to help and prepare some nutritious varied meals for the children. The hours for this exciting role are 7am – 7pm, although a shorter day would be offered in the school holidays. The excellent salary for this role is £18‑£20 gross an hour (£44,928‑£49,920 Gross per annum) for the 4 days. A dog lover is also important as this family will be getting a friendly dog in the future to join their family.
