PinPoint Middleware Test Company in Jersey is seeking a developer to design, build, test, and ship features in production code. You will review pull requests, contribute to a healthy engineering culture, and debug issues across the stack.

Collaborate with product and design on requirements and trade-offs, maintain and improve existing systems, including documentation and tests. The role emphasizes clear written and verbal communication and a pragmatic, ship-it mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g. Ruby, Python, Go) and one frontend framework (e.g. React, Vue).
• Comfortable with relational databases and version control (Git).
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A pragmatic, ship-it mindset with a bias for simple solutions.
