Job summary

Client Server is seeking a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead to own the technology strategy and platform architecture. You will define the technical roadmap and drive modern engineering practices, while remaining hands-on with delivery.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to evolve the stack, adopt AI-enabled workflows and build scalable platforms for real-time telemetry, analytics and decision support. Hybrid role near Oxford/Bicester with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code, testing and scalable system design.
• Experience in technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring in a small team.
• Comfort with AI, LLMs or agentic development tools in daily development.
• Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
