Job summary

Addepar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. You will contribute to AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments.

You will work on a full-stack team delivering distributed services used across the ADM stack. You will architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions, independently delivering high-value projects from design through delivery while

Qualifications

Extensive software engineering experience.
Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform.
Experience with gen AI for coding.
Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
Experience with object-oriented programming.
Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems.

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems.
Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.
Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.
Learn and promote best engineering practices.
Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.
Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies.

You'll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack
Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code
Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery
Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback
