Job summary

Dex is collaborating with a trusted partner to place you in an early-stage healthcare AI company building an AI operating system for outpatient clinics. You will own a complete product domain, delivering features across the stack that automate clinic operations and integrate coding agents into your development workflow.

You’ll move quickly and shape technical direction, deciding on architecture and tooling. Expect to work with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to impact day-to-day clinic workflows.

This company is building the AI operating system for outpatient clinics. They automate everything around a doctor: scheduling, prescription refills, clinical documentation, and remote monitoring. They're live in 20+ US clinics, backed by leading VCs, and growing fast.

This isn't a typical full-stack role. You'll own an entire product domain, shipping features that directly change how clinics operate day-to-day. Expect to move fast, use coding agents as a core part of your workflow, and pick the right tools for the job. Your decisions will directly shape the product, not just execute tickets.
