  • Taking design ownership of a complex tooling, network management, and service management platform.
  • Overseeing our cloud‑first journey for future government contracts.
  • Providing detailed costings to support new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with in‑life operations to ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Maintaining a clear roadmap for obsolescence, software versioning, and licensing.
  • Managing a multi‑disciplined team covering database, networks, security, virtualisation, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborating with security teams to ensure platform health and prepare for annual certifications.
  • Driving security and compliance, including risk management and thorough testing.
  • Leading documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to empower your team and end‑users.
  • Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations.
