The Company

We\'re working exclusively with a long-established UK professional services organisation known for its innovative digital transformation and strong technical culture. The business operates nationally with multiple regional offices and has invested heavily in building an in-house development function that designs and delivers bespoke internal systems, tools, and platforms used across all parts of the organisation.

This is a people-focused business that values autonomy, quality, and collaboration. Their development team plays a pivotal role in helping modernise operations through technology and is seen as a core strategic function.

  • Nice to have: React Native, Power BI, CI/CD pipeline experience, or exposure to DevOps tools.
The Environment
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) / 2 days remote (Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Supportive, collaborative culture focused on professional growth.
  • Opportunity to develop into a senior or “number two” role within the team.
  • Exposure to modern cloud, front-end, and platform technologies.
