Job summary

Harvey Nash in Manchester is seeking an experienced Full Stack Kotlin Developer to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions for major UK public sector programmes. You’ll contribute to architecture decisions, write robust code and ensure high standards across the team.

You will mentor peers, champion DevOps practices, and help shape technical best practices within an Agile, cloud-native environment. Hybrid work requires 2 days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Kotlin Developer.
• Experience in Public Sector or Government projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and cloud-native development.
