Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Manchester. You will own features across frontend and backend, building in React/TypeScript and Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), and integrating with Dynamics 365.

You’ll design APIs, create Power BI reports, and collaborate with business stakeholders on delivery, testing, and deployment. The role requires strong problem-solving, clean code, and the ability to work with partners across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Experience developing and maintaining live software products, including delivering functionality and resolving operational issues.
• Practical experience building React and TypeScript apps with HTML/CSS.
• Strong backend development experience, including API and systems integration design and troubleshooting.
• Experience building Power BI reports.
• Ability to understand codebases, trace problems, and learn new technologies.
• Sound development practices: version control, testing, and documentation.
• Initiative and accountability with clear communication across teams.
• Experience in a product company or startup is preferred, especially where you contributed to live product development.
• Experience with Business Central integration or AL development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain software products across frontend and backend components, including testing and operations.
• Build and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript with HTML/CSS.
• Develop backend services in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI).
• Design, build, test, and maintain APIs and integrations (REST, OData, SOAP).
• Create and modify APIs for Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connections.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements.
• Collaborate with development partners, document maintainability concerns, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Contribute to user journeys and present work to business stakeholders.
• Diagnose defects and integration issues, implement fixes, and logging/monitoring.
• Coordinate deployments and service recovery with infrastructure teams.
