Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Oxford is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer III to design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based web applications. You will contribute to a peer-review oriented Agile team, shaping architecture and delivering user-focused features.

You will work with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Angular), SQL, and modern IDEs, while collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps to improve the delivery pipeline and drive scalable, robust solutions.

Qualifications

: Experience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.
:
Experience with React or Angular and SQL.
Experience with Git version control.
Proficient in IDEs such as IntelliJ or VSCode.
Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
Exposure to test-driven development and mocking libraries (Jest, Mockito).
Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
Interest in AI-based solutions and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

: Design, develop, test, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
Contribute to architectural discussions to ensure scalability and performance.
Identify and implement improvements to engineering practices and the delivery pipeline to increase quality and speed.
Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team (engineering, product, QA, DevOps) to deliver positive business outcomes.
Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, iterate on feedback, and deliver user-focused solutions in a fast-moving environment.
