Job summary

Transform9 is building AI voice agents for healthcare front offices, enabling provisioning apps that configure and deploy agents for customers. You’ll own full-stack development from UI to backend services, ensuring scalable, user-friendly tools for call centers and practice admins.

We require 8+ years of production full-stack experience, with strong frontend (React) and backend (Python/TypeScript) skills, plus SaaS tooling and REST API know-how. HIPAA-compliant security is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years building production full-stack applications.
Strong proficiency across frontend and backend languages.
Experience building operator-facing tooling for SaaS products.
Comfort with full-stack responsibilities from UI to data/API.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack provisioning applications used by Transform9's direct customers to configure and deploy voice agents.
Own the end-to-end user experience for non-technical operators — making complex agent configuration simple, fast, and reliable.
Build scalable backend services that interface with the Core Platform to provision, update, and manage voice agents.
Develop production-grade software that meets HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
Participate in code review and contribute to engineering standards.
Debug production issues and own features through their full lifecycle — design, build, test, deploy, monitor.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to understand operator workflows and translate them into great UX.
