Job summary

Yext in the United Kingdom is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain web and backend solutions for enterprise clients. You will work in a Scrum environment with one-week sprints, collaborating with product, design, and data teams from day one.

You should be proficient across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, comfortable moving between frontend and backend, and eager to adopt new technologies to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualifications

• BS or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Comfortable with frontend technologies: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to move between backend and frontend technologies.
• Openness to new technologies and creative solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify and maintain web applications with React across browsers and platforms.
• Build and maintain ETL jobs to organize data in the Yext Knowledge Graph.
• Advise engineering & business stakeholders on best practices and tradeoffs.
• Enhance tooling to improve quality, speed, and maintainability.
• Bridge engineering and product with Designers and Project Management.
• Write clean, tested, and well-structured code.
