Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Exeter to build and maintain scalable web applications in a mixed cloud environment (Azure + AWS). You will work across the full software lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and be familiar with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable web apps across the full stack.
• Proficiency with Next.js/React and TypeScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration in Agile teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure + AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible interfaces using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Build and manage back-end services and APIs with Python frameworks.
• Create and optimize APIs using Elasticsearch for search and indexing.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to craft intuitive UX.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality.
• Maintain and update existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
• Write technical documentation and help define project requirements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for streamlined deployment.
• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
