Full Stack Engineer / Developer (C# TypeScript Azure) London / WFH to £120k

Are you a technologist with full stack development skills looking for an opportunity to make an impact at a scaling start-up?

You could be joining a tech incubator funded by a major investment bank, working on complex cutting edge AI technology.

As a Full Stack Engineer you'll join a high performing, cross functional team, reporting to the Head of Technology and Product. You'll be a hands-on engineer who uses AI to amplify your existing skills, turning ideas into working SaaS products through rapid, design-led MVP development. By directing AI powered workflows, you'll help deliver high impact products quickly while maintaining strong technical standards.

Collaborating with the CTO and banking stakeholders, you'll understand business challenges, shape product requirements and translate ideas into practical technical solutions. You'll help prioritise the product backlog, focusing on user needs and lean delivery, while exploring new technologies and creative approaches to remove friction and accelerate development.

You'll use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code throughout the software development lifecycle, breaking complex problems into clear specifications and guiding AI agents through code generation while retaining ownership of the architecture. Using C#, TypeScript and modern cloud platforms, you'll build clean, maintainable software and apply careful human oversight to AI generated code, ensuring performance, security and consistency.

You'll also champion automated testing and effective engineering practices, owning CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production processes to ensure reliable releases and enable the team to experiment, learn and deliver at pace.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a small team in the London office twice a week (Wednesday and Thursday), with flexibility to work from home the other days.
