I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented and ambitious team working on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding infrastructure in a legacy industry from scratch, promoting open collaboration without silos or red tape.

Location: London

Working Policy: Onsite full-time; in-person collaboration is highly valued during this early stage

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity
