Job summary

Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain server-side and client-side components of our software applications. You will work in an autonomous squad, collaborating with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and peers to implement features, improve architecture, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role involves working in a cross-functional squad, contributing to technical decisions, and maintaining code quality, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in full-stack technologies and system architecture.
• Familiar with Elixir/React stack; capable to adapt to other technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs as well as frontend applications.
• Build and optimize database schemas and data models.
• Write clean, well-tested code following team standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Debug production issues and implement robust solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure performance and scalability.
