Job summary

Formula. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join an ambitious team building an innovative platform. This fully remote UK role lets you ship features end-to-end and see your code reach real users within days.

You will build features across the full stack, design APIs and database schemas, and work with AI/ML models to power personalised experiences.

Ideal candidates are fluent with Claude Code, deploy on Vercel, and have strong PostgreSQL and AWS serverless experience.

Qualifications

They are moving fast and building something genuinely new. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with the engineering team, ship features end-to-end, and see your code reach real users within days.

Key Responsibilities as a Full Stack Engineer:

• Build and ship features across the full stack, Claude-first and AI-native by default
• Design and implement APIs and database schemas for new product features
• Work with AI and ML models to power personalised features

Skills & Key Requirements:

• Claude-first, AI-native development approach, fluent with Claude Code and agentic development patterns
• Proficiency deploying and optimising on Vercel
• PostgreSQL experience: complex queries, schema design, and optimisation
• Familiarity with serverless cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Day Rate: Up to £500 per day Outside IR35
• Location: Fully Remote
• Start Date: ASAP
