Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fintech team in Reading. You will help design, develop, and scale a cloud-native platform, bridging backend services with modern frontend applications and cloud infrastructure.

You will work with Python, AWS, React, and container technologies to deliver scalable, reliable software. The role emphasizes CI/CD, TDD, and engineering best practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing backend services with Python and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong experience with AWS, containerization, and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands-on experience with React/TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a rapidly growing FinTech organisation, helping to build and scale a cloud-native platform. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing backend services for device lifecycle management while contributing to modern frontend applications and cloud infrastructure.
