Full Stack Developer - React / .NET

50,000 - 60,000 Hybrid (2 days a week in Leeds)

Are you a Full Stack Developer ready to take that next step towards a Senior role? Want to work on nationally significant projects that genuinely make an impact?

We're working with a leading tech consultancy in Leeds that's delivering a range of exciting, large-scale projects across the UK. They're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team - someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and tackling new challenges.

You’ll be working across React and .NET, with a roughly 60/40 split between front and back-end development. Some weeks could be fully front-end focused, while others might lean more towards the back-end - it all depends on the project.

If you’ve got consultancy experience or the confidence to engage directly with clients, that will make you a strong candidate for a future Senior position.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining high-quality applications using React and .NET.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.
• Working on multiple projects, each bringing new technical and business challenges.
• Translating client requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Around 5-6 years' experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with React (essential).
• Good experience with .NET, ideally with newer frameworks.
• Flexibility to move between front-end and back-end work depending on the project.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Capability to obtain Security clearance (minimum 5 years uninterrupted living in the UK).
• Any experience with cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
