Job summary

Bounce Digital in London is seeking a Product Engineer who loves building software, talking to users and shipping quickly. This is a hands-on role in a small, autonomous team where you’ll own problems from start to finish.

You’ll speak directly with customers, decide what to build, measure impact and iterate based on real feedback. Hybrid London-based environment with minimal process and strong ownership across the stack.

I'm working with one of the most exciting early-stage AI startups in London.

They're looking for product engineers who love building software, speaking to users and shipping quickly.

This isn't an environment with layers of Product Managers and endless planning meetings.

You’ll own problems from start to finish:

The team uses AI heavily throughout engineering, but they're looking for people who still take full ownership of what gets shipped.

You’ll probably enjoy this if you…

• Love building products from 0→1
• Enjoy working in small, ambitious teams
• Care as much about solving customer problems as writing good code
• Like moving quickly with plenty of autonomy

You’ll likely have experience with some of:

• TypeScript
• React
• Node.js
• AI tools, LLMs or agentic workflows

The exact stack is less important than your ability to build great products.
