Job summary

Xcede seeks a Software Engineer to join a product engineering team building bespoke cloud-based applications supporting key business functions in Central London.

This hands-on full-stack role focuses on clean, maintainable TypeScript/Angular/Node.js code, automated testing and cloud engineering within an Agile DevSecOps environment, with a hybrid pattern of 1–2 days per week in central London.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js and Express.js in a production environment.
• Experience building cloud-based applications on GCP.
• Experience with automated testing and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript/Angular/Node.js.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure with GCP and Terraform.
• Ensure code quality with automated tests and secure DevSecOps practices.

6-month contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid – 1–2 days per week Central London

I’m working with a leading media company looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a product engineering team building, running and maintaining bespoke cloud-based applications supporting key business functions.

This is a hands‑on full‑stack role with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code, automated testing and cloud engineering, working within an Agile environment with a DevSecOps mindset.
