In this role, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust features in both front-end and back-end applications.
- Develop and enhance web applications, including mobile-accessible solutions.
- Collaborate with internal developers and teams to ensure consistency and high-quality system performance.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing for speed, scalability, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web or software development.
- Proficiency in back-end development with PHP 8+ and Python 3+.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular 18+, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database design and maintenance using MySQL 8+ and/or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to deploy and manage Unix-based servers securely.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control using git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
