Job summary

Proactive.IT Appointments Ltd. in Exeter is seeking a mid-level to senior Full Stack Developer to join its growing development team. You will contribute to modern applications and innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Design, develop and maintain software using C#/.NET Core and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular), while writing clean, testable code and participating in reviews and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
• Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript and Angular.

We're working with an established and growing organisation in Exeter that is expanding its development team and looking for talented Full Stack Developers across mid-level and senior experience.

Whether you have around 3 years' commercial experience or you're a more experienced developer looking to take on greater technical responsibility, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team working on modern applications and innovative projects.

The Role

You'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, building and enhancing scalable applications while working alongside experienced developers in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core
• Build engaging front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, TypeScript and/or Angular
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with colleagues across the development team to deliver high-quality software
• Commercial experience developing with C# and .NET Core
• Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript and/or Angular
• Experience using Visual Studio
• Knowledge of Entity Framework
• A passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code
• SQL Server design, optimisation and performance tuning
• AngularJS or jQuery
• CI/CD experience (TeamCity or similar)
• Unit testing (NUnit)
• AWS experience
